Unfortunately it’s that time of year where the temperatures can swing from freezing to 70 degrees in a few hours. We have been working on the gardens picking anything that will freeze overnight. Yesterday I was able to pick over 50 lbs of Roma and Round (cherry) tomatoes from the lower garden area. The pepper plants and marigolds were dug up and relocated to the pallet raised beds in hopes of extending the season for them. Vegetables like carrots, turnips and peas we won’t do anything with just leaving them in the ground. Blessings all!
